These seal earrings depict the streamline shape of these charming creatures. A seal’s body shape being rounded at the middle and tapered at the ends is ideal for swimming gracefully and swiftly through the water. They are very skilled hunters of fish and other marine prey and swim by steering and maneuvering with their fore flippers and propelling themselves with their hind flippers. Seals primarily live in cold polar environments and possess a thick layer of blubber (or fat) below the skin, helping to provide insulation, contribute to buoyancy, and act as a food reserve.
