How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All pendants, charms and earrings ship within 1-3 business days from the purchase date and rings that require resizing ship within 3-5 business days. DOMESTIC orders sent to an Australian address should arrive within 3-7 business days of the shipping date. Express Post orders take 1-2 business days. INTERNATIONAL orders generally take 10-20 business days for delivery. Customs processing times can vary by country and orders can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon). Express International orders take  5-10 business days. *Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Will I have to pay customs duties for overseas orders?

Please be aware of any country specific import regulations or duty fees/taxes that might be imposed on your items as we are not liable for these. Customs policies vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. For shipments to the USA, packages valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties and taxes.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to any country in the world except Egypt and Argentina.

Can I track my order?

A tracking # is provided for all Express packages (domestic and international).

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I’m not happy with it?

Absolutely. At World Treasure, we take pride in our products and strive to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days. If you would like to return an item please contact us immediately.

What does “Forever Guarantee” mean?

All of our jewellery comes with our Forever Guarantee, which is a warranty against manufacturing defects for, you guessed it…forever. If you discover your purchase has a defect due to workmanship or materials, contact us and we will repair or replace your purchase at no charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Where can I shop for your jewellery in person?

We do not have a retail storefront, however you can shop for our jewellery with any one of our retail partners in Hervey Bay, across the East coast of Australia and in Hawaii. Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we love custom orders! Whether you are looking to modify an existing design, swap out a stone or have something completely original in mind, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

How is the jewellery packaged?

Our sterling silver charms and rings come packaged in a small eco-friendly gift pouch, while pendants and earrings come in a medium size gift pouch with a jewellery card insert. Gold pendants, earrings and rings come packaged in a branded gift box and gold charms come in a gift pouch. Products come wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and we try to use minimal packaging to cut down on our environmental impact.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal as well as direct bank transfer (within Australia). You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout.

Is GST included?

All orders shipped to Australia will be charged GST (included in listed price). If you are shopping outside of Australia your purchase is not eligible for GST.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we offer gift cards! We will have e-gift cards available for purchase online soon, in the meantime please contact us directly to order.

How do I find out my ring size?

Go to your nearest jewellery store and having your finger professionally sized if possible. Most jewellery stores should do this for no charge. Online and printable finger sizers do exist but are not as accurate or consistent. To convert your ring size to UK/AUD size standards please see the following chart: You can also include a note in your order with your ring size in your home country.

What if I am buying a ring as a gift and don’t know the size?

If you don’t know the ring size of the person you are buying for, choose the default size for that particular ring. We choose the most common ring sizes as default sizes for all of our rings and you can have the ring resized later at any jewellery store for a reasonable price.

Where is your jewellery made?

Every piece of our jewellery is made in Hervey Bay, Australia. We do not outsource any part of the design or manufacturing process overseas.

What does it mean for the jewellery to be made from recycled metals?

All of the fine silver and gold we use is recycled, meaning it has been used for something else in the past and has been melted down and re-refined to be used again. Both silver and gold can be refined back into their pure form without any loss in quality, so your jewellery is as good as new but without the negative environmental impact of using newly mined metals.
