Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the world. All pendants, charms and earrings ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. Rings that require resizing may take an extra 1-2 business days. Special request orders and some white/rose gold (if we don’t already have them in stock) take 5-10 business days before shipping. All items ship from Hervey Bay, Australia. Domestic orders shipped by free standard shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days of the shipping date. If you choose Express Post, the delivery estimate is 1-2 business days. International orders sent by free standard shipping typically arrive within 10-20 business days. For DHL Express International, the estimated delivery time frame is 3-7 business days. Customs processing times do vary and standard shipments can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

*COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to covid-19, we are currently experiencing significant delays in shipping times. This applies to deliveries within Australia, but especially overseas. We STRONGLY recommend upgrading to Express Post/Express International to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Will I have to pay customs duties for overseas orders?

Please be aware of any country specific import regulations or duty fees/taxes that might be imposed on your items as we are not liable for these. Customs policies vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. For shipments to the USA, packages valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties and taxes.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to any country in the world except Egypt and Argentina.

Can I track my order?

A tracking # is provided for all Express packages (domestic and international). If for some reason you don’t receive the tracking info for your parcel, please let us know.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I’m not happy with it?

Absolutely. At World Treasure, we take pride in our products and strive to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days. If you would like to return an item please contact us immediately.

What does “Forever Guarantee” mean?

All of our jewellery comes with our Forever Guarantee, which is a warranty against manufacturing defects for, you guessed it…forever. If you discover your purchase has a defect due to workmanship or materials, contact us and we will repair or replace your purchase at no charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Payments & Tax

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal as well as direct bank transfer (within Australia). You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout.

Is GST included?

All orders shipped to Australia will be charged GST (included in listed price). If you are shopping outside of Australia your purchase is not eligible for GST.

GIFTS & Ring Sizing

How do I find out my ring size?

If you are in Hervey Bay we can resize your ring for you at no charge. If you live elsewhere, we advise visiting your nearest jewellery store to have your finger professionally and accurately sized. Most jewellery stores will do this for no charge. Online and printable finger sizers do exist but they are not particularly accurate or consistent. To convert your ring size from another country to UK/AUD size standards please see the following chart: http://ringsizes.co/ You can also include a note in your order with your ring size in your home country.

What if I am buying a ring as a gift and don’t know the size?

If you don’t know the ring size of the person you are buying for, it’s best to choose the default size for that particular ring. We choose the most common ring sizes as default sizes for all of our rings and if it doesn’t fit you can either send the ring back to us or have the ring resized at your local jewellers.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we offer gift cards! You can purchase a gift card in any amount, and our gift cards do not expire. We do not yet have a link set up for purchasing e-gift cards, however you can ring us at +61 432 151 725 or contact us to order one.

Where can I shop for your jewellery in person?

You can visit our jewellery studio and showroom in Hervey Bay Mon-Fri 9am – 4:30pm, and Saturdays 9am – 12:30pm, or shop with any one of our retail partners. For a full list of our retail partner locations please see our stockists. Please note that the full collection may not be available at all locations and it’s best to contact the store directly to enquire about product availability if you are looking for something specific.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we love custom orders! Whether you are looking to modify an existing design, swap out a stone or have something completely original in mind, we are happy to work with you to create your dream piece. Where is your jewellery made?

Every piece of our jewellery is designed and handcrafted right here in Australia in our very own Hervey Bay workshop. We do not outsource any part of the design or manufacturing process overseas.

How is the jewellery packaged?

Our sterling silver charms and rings come packaged in a small eco-friendly gift pouch, while pendants and earrings come in a medium size gift pouch with a jewellery card insert. Gold pendants, earrings and rings come packaged in a branded gift box and gold charms come in a gift pouch. Products come wrapped in tissue paper and we try to use minimal packaging to cut down on our environmental impact.

What does it mean for the jewellery to be made from recycled metals?

Using recycled metals in our jewellery means that the metals we use have been used for something else in the past (often jewellery), and have been melted down and refined back into their pure form to be used again. Silver, gold and other precious metals can be refined back into their pure form without any loss in quality, so your jewellery is as good as new but without the negative environmental impact of using newly mined metals. We use as much recycled silver, gold, and other metals as possible in all of our jewellery and are continually trying to increase this percentage. Our entire Ocean Collection is now made from 100% recycled silver!
