If you are unsure of your ring size, we always advise having your finger professionally sized with us or another reputable jeweller. This is the best way to ensure an accurate fit. If this is not possible, you can measure the inside diameter of an existing ring and use the chart below to find your corresponding size. If you need help determining an accurate measurement, take a photo of the ring laying flat on top of a ruler and email it to us.

Complimentary Resizing: If the ring isn't the perfect fit - no worries! We've got you covered with our complimentary resizing. Bring, or send, the ring back to us along with your correct size, and we’ll adjust it for you free of charge.

If your jewellery has a defect due to workmanship or materials, please contact us and we will repair or replace it at no charge. We are also happy to assess and repair damage due to normal wear and tear for a reasonable price.
