Policies
Crafted to the highest standard of quality, your World Treasure purchase includes our Forever Guarantee, a warranty against manufacturing defects for – you guessed it – forever. If you discover your purchase has a defect due to workmanship or materials, contact us and we will repair or replace your purchase at no charge. Damage due to normal wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge.
All prices are listed in $AUD. Currency estimates are available on the website, however these prices are estimates based on current exchange rates and all transactions will be completed in $AUD. For international customers, please check with your bank regarding any foreign transaction fees.
World Treasure accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer by Australian bank account owners. For direct bank transfers, after placing the order you will receive instructions with our bank account information. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the world, though we strongly recommend upgrading to Express Post/Express International to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
All necklaces, charms, and earrings ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. Rings that require resizing may take an extra 1-2 business days. Special request orders and some white/rose gold (if we don’t already have them in stock) take 5-10 business days before shipping.
All items ship from Hervey Bay, Australia. Domestic orders shipped by free standard shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days of the shipping date. If you choose Express Post, the delivery estimate is 1-2 business days. International orders sent by free standard shipping typically arrive within 10-20 business days. For DHL Express International, the estimated delivery time frame is 3-7 business days. Customs processing times do vary and standard shipments can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon). While delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, we do guarantee all of our orders, so if you haven’t received yours in the time frames listed above, please contact us at team@worldtreasuredesigns.com
At World Treasure, we take pride in our products and strive to keep our customers happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days. If you would like to return an item, please contact us immediately.
Plain and simple, your privacy is very important to us. We consider customer information confidential and will never sell or disclose your personal information to anyone.
Additionally, the website is fully secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) meaning information including names, addresses and credit card account numbers is kept confidential and encrypted.

Shipping & Tracking
Please be aware of any country specific import regulations or duty fees/taxes that might be imposed on your items as we are not liable for these. Customs policies vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. For shipments to the USA, packages valued under $800 are generally exempt from import duties and taxes.
We currently ship to any country in the world except Egypt and Argentina.
A tracking # is provided for all Express packages (domestic and international). If for some reason you don’t receive the tracking info for your parcel, please let us know.
Payments & Tax
We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Paypal, and direct bank transfer (within Australia). You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout.
All orders shipped to Australia will be charged GST (included in listed price). If you are shopping outside of Australia your purchase is not eligible for GST.
Gifts & Ring Sizing
If you are in Hervey Bay we can resize your ring for you at no charge. If you live elsewhere, we advise visiting your nearest jewellery store to have your finger professionally and accurately sized. Most jewellery stores will do this for no charge. Online and printable finger sizers do exist but they are not particularly accurate or consistent.
To convert your ring size from another country to UK/AUD size standards please see our ring size chart visible on each product page, and/or include a note in your order with your ring size in your home country.
If you don’t know the ring size of the person you are buying for, it’s best to choose the default size for that particular ring. We choose the most common ring sizes as default sizes for all of our rings and if it doesn’t fit you can either send the ring back to us or have the ring resized at your local jewellers.
Yes, we offer gift cards! You can purchase a gift card in any amount, and our gift cards do not expire.
