Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the world, though we strongly recommend upgrading to Express Post/Express International to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

All necklaces, charms, and earrings ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date. Rings that require resizing may take an extra 1-2 business days. Special request orders and some white/rose gold (if we don’t already have them in stock) take 5-10 business days before shipping.

All items ship from Hervey Bay, Australia. Domestic orders shipped by free standard shipping should arrive within 3-7 business days of the shipping date. If you choose Express Post, the delivery estimate is 1-2 business days. International orders sent by free standard shipping typically arrive within 10-20 business days. For Express International, the estimated delivery time frame for most countries is 3-7 business days. Customs processing times do vary and standard shipments can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon).
